5-star Tennessee commit gives alarming UGA quote after saying he’s all-in with Vols
This doesn’t seem good at all for Josh Heupel and his 2026 class. Just recently,5-star offensive tackle Gabriel Osenda said he’s not going to be taking any other visits and that he’s fully locked in with the Vols. Well, what if Georgia keeps on reaching out. Could that change his mind?
That’s looking to be the case. In a bit of a surprise twist, Osenda told the Georgia rivals site he indeed is locked in with Tennessee football, but only Georgia could ‘turn my head.’ This seems like Osenda is leaving the door open for Kirby Smart to make a move, which would be a nightmare:

While Osenda is ranked four stars by Rivals, he was just bumped up to a5-star status in the updated 247Sports rankings. He’s also the No. 4 offensive tackle in the country and the No. 19 prospect nationally. He indeed skyrocked with the update.
After that happened, there was concern among the fanbase that other teams might try to come in and swoop him. The in-state tackle calmed plenty of nerves when he said he was done with visits, but his new comment on the Bulldogs has a lot of people talking.
It would make sense for Smart to up his recruiting efforts with the 6-7, 330-pounder. Earlier this month, the Bulldogs were a finalist for Jackson Cantwell, the No. 1 OT in the country and they were considered big-time favorites.
