RR X-PRO 4T 350/390/430/480 MY 2026

“Ride like a X-PRO”: introduced last year, the new made-in-Beta way to enjoy Enduro was a hit among riders of all levels. With MY26, X-PRO becomes even more appealing with updates that make a difference.

Expert users appreciated its universal feel, which makes the X-PRO the perfect companion to move from a fast track to a Hard Enduro single track, with adaptable frame and the option of adjusting the suspension settings with a few simple clicks. While amateurs appreciated the ease of use and feeling of feeling safe knowing the X-PRO models are designed for challenging riding while providing a comfortable ride.

With the frame features introduced in the Model Year 2025, X-PRO models handling has been improved even more with the ability to customize the suspension and engine settings. The engine was also massaged improving the power delivery which will appeal to the amateur and expert riders. So, without further ado, let’s see the new RR X-PRO My26.

As always, the range is made up of 8 different models, each with its own personality, to cater for the needs of a very diverse spectrum of riders. There’s the perfect X-PRO for every rider, but what every model has in common is an ability to instil confidence in the user and offer a genuinely rewarding riding experience.

350CC

The most manageable bike in the four-stroke range; it favours riding at high rpms while maintaining very progressive power delivery. Due to the reduced reciprocating mass, this is the lightest feeling 4 stroke in the range.

390CC

It represents the ideal mix of handling and power, with exceptional traction as its secret weapon. The light weight feel of the 350 yet with added torque.

430CC

A high-performance engine which gives its best when using high gears and its impressive torque. The closest thing to off road 4 stroke perfection.

480CC

It is the bike which is at its best in large spaces. It has very similar characteristics to the 430, but with even higher torque and power, ideal for the more experienced riders.

Updates are as follows:

Frame: the adoption of a frame with increased main spar section (+ 1cm) – initially mounted on X PRO My 25 models, returns for My 26, to keep the motorcycle’s overall weight distribution balanced while at the same time offering stability. The larger frame also provides the right amount of flex for excellent turning in and out of corners which is need for both single-track and Hard Enduro

Suspension: the new ZF suspension introduced on RR X-PRO in 2025, provides the rider with confidence along with a feeling of comfort. The seat height remains at 930 mm (20 mm less than RR Race) providing the rider with a planted feeling in almost every situation from amateur outings to track riding, even in the most extreme conditions.

SHC (Single Hydraulic Chamber) fork: Introduced to optimise hydraulic operation and reduce the overall weight (by about 250g). The division of work between the right and left leg allows for greater control over all settings, with the right leg managing the elastic operation, and the left leg dealing with hydraulics. Both stanchions and their functions have been updated. In particular, the spring guide was completely redesigned to improve the oil flow (required to lubricate the mechanical components), and prevent pressure increases at high speed that affected the component sliding performance. This resulted in a more linear response and predictable behaviour, regardless of the type of obstacle encountered. This single chamber design allows for the fork to respond in a “free” way, quicker than most forks which provides a smoother ride overall.

Swingarm: the rear wheel axle diameter has been increased 2mm, for a total of 22mm. This new component guarantees greater stiffness and torsional resistance, resulting in better performance when the rear wheel is flexing or in heavy turns.

Handlebar mounts: Xtrig Flexfix mount system provides an anti-vibration block in between the handlebar and the lower mount which translates into a vibration reduction. This system can be also fitted with optional inserts that are softer for a custom feeling for each rider.

Front recovery strap: to highlight the Extreme character of RR X-PRO, a new Beta-customized front tow strap – very useful for getting out of the most challenging situations – has been introduced.

Handlebar map switch: the map switch button, placed on the handlebar for the first time last year, is confirmed in the same position, just as in Beta’s MX models, inside the handlebar pad.

Other Features:

Nissin brake pump: shared from the 450 RX, the X-PRO My26 feature a new front brake calliper. Smaller, lighter and more performing than its forerunner, it ensures a better feeling and modulation.

Radiators: to prevent any loss of reliability, even in the most extreme situations, the cooling system must always be in perfect operating condition. This is why, apart from confirming the 200cc coolant expansion tank inside the frame, the new model years will feature new, sturdier radiators, to prevent deformations and consequent reductions in the coolant flow.

Battery: 4T models will have a new, lighter, more-performing battery, for safer starts under any usage conditions.

Graphics: the model’s bold personality wears a new full-red guise, with contrasting black graphics, for a modern and sporty contemporary style.

Tail light: X-PRO takes a further step in style, with the new LED taillight, more modern and sturdier than the previous model.

Engine maps: 4-stroke engines received new maps to improve their delivery along the entire range. Whatever the displacement, Beta engineers improved their linearity and usability, to better manage the power available, at any speed.
