Oklahoma State University’s football program has announced the hiring of Ann Weidmayer as its new Director of Sports Nutrition. Weidmayer joins the OSU staff after serving as a performance dietitian at IMG Academy in Florida and working with the university’s Human Performance and Nutrition Research Institute.
Weidmayer’s Background:

Education*: Summa Cum Laude graduate from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services (2021) and a Master of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Illinois State University.
-Certifications*: Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and member of the American Sports and Performance Dietitians Association.
Previous Experience:
Performance Dietitian*: IMG Academy (Florida)
Human Performance and Nutrition Research Institute*: Oklahoma State University
Athletics Experience*: Illinois State, Indianapolis Colts, and East Carolina
