The Beatles Anthology, a restored and remastered nine-part documentary series including a brand-new ninth episode with previously unreleased footage, will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on November 26, 2025. This new episode features unseen behind-the-scenes moments of Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr working together in the mid-1990s on the original project and reflecting on their shared life as The Beatles.
This documentary series is part of a comprehensive global release campaign that also includes:
– A 25th Anniversary Edition of The Beatles Anthology book released on October 14, 2025.
– Restored and expanded Anthology music collections, including a new Anthology 4 album with unreleased tracks, available on November 21, 2025.
The restoration and remastering of the series have been overseen by Apple Corps’ production team, collaborating with Peter Jackson’s Wingnut Films and Giles Martin, who created new audio mixes for much of the music featured in the series.
